Ziwei Dai, PhD (戴紫薇)

Ziwei is the Principal Investigator of the lab. Her job is to keep the team happy and well fed.

Shuiyan Tang (唐水艳)

Shuiyan is the Lab Manager. Her job is to make the lab running efficiently.

Dan Huang, PhD (黄丹)

Dan is a Postdoctoral Fellow, and the lab's chief bioinformatician. She has expertise in analyzing all sorts of high-throughput sequencing data.

Yonghong Hao (郝勇红)

Yonghong is a Research Assistant and applied mathematician with expertise in numerical analysis of PDEs. She works on mathematical modeling of the tumor ecosystem.

Yining Zhao (赵一宁)

Yining is a 2nd-year PhD student. She is interested in how differences in three-dimensional genome structure affect tumor cell metabolism. Besides, she believes she is a cutie every day！

Zhiyu Lv (吕之羽)

Zhiyu is a 2nd-year graduate student and an outstanding synthetic biologist. He is struggling for the master's degree and doesn’t know whether to go for a PhD.

Chun Feng (冯淳)

Chun is a 2nd-year graduate student. Her research focuses on understanding how pathogenic fungi becomes resistant to treatments using genome-scale metabolic networks.

Jie Zhong (钟杰)

Jie is a visiting graduate student. She is interested in studying the dynamics of gene expression during early pathological changes in Alzheimer's disease.

Wenchao Fan (范文超)

Wenchao is a 2nd-year graduate student. He endeavors to clarify the thermodynamic principles of metabolic networks.

Kaixiang Yang (杨凯翔)

Kaixiang is a 1st-year graduate student. He sets about studying metabolism using bioinformatics and hopes to go abroad for further study.

Weiyan Zheng (郑微言)

Weiyan is a 3rd-year undergraduate student. He is a green hand who is still foolish and hungry.

Jie Wei (韦洁)

Jie is a 3rd-year undergraduate student. She is still a beginner trying to learn more and become better.

Snowball

Snowball is the Lab mascot. She is a Manx cat who loves opening doors, destroying locks and eating research papers, especially those with lots of equations.

Xinzhe Pang (庞新哲)

Xinzhe was a Research Assistant in our lab from June 2021 to Februrary 2022.

Qilun Su (苏祺伦)

Qilun studied in our lab as an undergraduate student from September 2021 to July 2022. He is currently a graduate student in Shenzhen Bay Laboratory.
